- Transaction Data: Order history, selected merchandise, custom print names, and payment verification references.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your merchandise orders securely.
- To automatically generate your personalized Final Year Flyer upon profile completion.
- To include your details in the digital "Book of Life" and official Yearbook Magazine (only if your profile is completed).
- To allow your assigned Faculty Representative (Sub-Admin) to provide targeted support and resolve payment disputes.
3. Data Sharing & Visibility
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is only shared internally with authorized platform administrators and your specific Faculty Representative to facilitate order delivery and support. Publicly, only the information you choose to complete in your profile (Name, Photo, Course) is visible in the Book of Life directory.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including password hashing (bcrypt), CSRF protection, and secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We never store raw credit card or bank details on our servers.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or correct your profile information at any time via your Student Dashboard. If you wish to have your data removed from the Book of Life, please contact your Faculty Representative or the Super Admin.
