By registering for an account and using the 43RD Balewites platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

This platform is exclusively designed for registered final-year students of the institution. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including a valid admission number.

2. Payments & Financial Security

STRICT PAYMENT WARNING:
All payments must be made exclusively through the secure payment gateway integrated into this platform. We will NEVER ask you to transfer funds to a personal bank account, mobile money number, or via informal channels. Any transaction made outside this platform is at your own risk and will not be honored.

Prices displayed include the merchandise cost plus a transparent "Bank Charges + VAT" platform fee. All sales are final once an order is placed and paid for.

3. Merchandise & Customization

  • For items requiring custom name printing (e.g., Jackets, T-Shirts), you are responsible for ensuring the spelling and formatting of the name you enter are correct before checkout.
  • The platform is not liable for printing errors resulting from incorrect names submitted by the student.
  • Customized items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

4. Book of Life & Digital Assets

By completing your profile, you grant 43RD Balewites the permission to display your provided name, photo, course, and quote in the public "Book of Life" directory and the official digital Yearbook Magazine. You may request removal of your data by contacting your Faculty Representative.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform by: (a) Creating multiple accounts, (b) Attempting to bypass payment security, (c) Harassing Faculty Representatives via the support chat, or (d) Uploading inappropriate profile photos.

6. Limitation of Liability

43RD Balewites is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime and accurate order fulfillment, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from platform downtime, delivery delays by third-party vendors, or force majeure events.

7. Contact & Dispute Resolution

For any order discrepancies, payment issues, or terms violations, please use the Support Chat feature in your student dashboard to contact your assigned Faculty Representative. If unresolved, the issue will be escalated to the Super Admin.
